Mon cousin vit ici et chaque fois que je suis allé rendre visite, tout le monde est si gentil avec nous. Je ne l'ai jamais vu désagréable et lorsque les alarmes se sont déclenchées, ils ont rapidement passé à l'action. Un grand éloge à tout ce que j'ai rencontré lors de mes visites.

J'étais trop excité par le fait que j'allais aider à soigner les résidents ayant une déficience mentale, mais je ne savais pas que cela inclurait également 90% des collègues. Endroit horrible où travailler où un taux de rotation élevé est ridicule, le leadership est pire que le chiffre d'affaires (1: c'est-à-dire, aime conduire les résidents tout en envoyant des SMS à leur petit-ami, utilise des coins de bâtiments où les caméras ne peuvent pas atteindre en utilisant un téléphone portable tout le temps , etc.), et les choses se font totalement à l'opposé de ce que la formation dispensée et les documents sont perdus et illégalement falsifiés. Le leadership est assez bon pour être proactif lorsque les agents du gouvernement sont prêts à effectuer des inspections.
