Scan Alarms Revoir

Lors du montage de l'alarme, un malentendu entre l'électricien et le vendeur d'alarmes Scan signifiait que le mauvais câble avait été installé. Chacun a blâmé l'autre partie et moi, car le client était celui qui était affecté.
Bien qu'une solution ait été trouvée, je n'ai pas l'impression d'avoir été bien traité en tant que client.

Ensuite, lorsque l'ingénieur a installé les capteurs de la nouvelle porte arrière, la poignée a été endommagée. Noter a été dit et je n'ai remarqué que cette nuit-là quand je suis rentré à la maison. Quand j'ai dit au vendeur, il a dit qu'il parlerait à l'ingénieur qui a nié que c'était lui et ils ont refusé d'accepter toute responsabilité. J'ai dit que c'était la seule explication plausible des dommages. Le vendeur a dit qu'il parlerait à son patron mais que cela ne servirait à rien. Il n'est jamais revenu vers moi et j'ai dû payer le remplacement de la poignée.

Un an plus tard, j'ai reçu une facture pour les frais de maintenance de mes premières années dont on m'a dit qu'elle serait annulée lorsque j'ai signé le contrat initial. J'ai parlé à un agent du service client qui a accepté que le vendeur d'origine me contacte. Je lui ai parlé une fois il y a environ 4 mois et il m'a dit qu'il me recontacterait mais ne l'a jamais fait.

Après avoir publié cet avis, j'ai été contacté par le vendeur qui s'est excusé car il pensait que le problème lié aux frais de maintenance était résolu à l'époque. J'accepte maintenant que cela soit résolu.

Scan Alarms a installé un interphone et un système d'accès de porte à notre bureau de Moneyreagh (Somerville Ltd). De l'enquête initiale et du devis à la réalisation des travaux, le service et le rapport qualité-prix étaient excellents. Je n'hésiterais pas à recommander Scan Alarms à tous ceux qui recherchent un système similaire.

Chris est venu et nous avons marché autour du bâtiment et avons convenu de ce qui était nécessaire, il a envoyé un prix et une longue spécification pour le travail. À mon détriment, je n'ai pas parcouru cette spécification en détail car je supposais qu'il avait tout inclus comme indiqué. J'ai accepté d'aller de l'avant et quand ils sont venus installer, j'ai été choqué de constater qu'une grande partie du travail n'était pas terminée. Non, je ne regarde pas une facture supplémentaire pour ce travail, car vous ne pouvez pas facilement changer de fournisseur maintenant, mais la plus grande déception a été la gestion de ce problème par Chris, car il n'a fait aucun effort pour remédier à la situation de toute façon et a complètement rejeté mes réclamations. Un tel service décevant et un service médiocre.
