J'ai pris de l'argent sur mon compte pendant plus d'un an sans aucun contrat, je n'ai jamais émis de carte de membre ou quoi que ce soit (j'avais été membre d'un autre gymnase qui utilisait Serco pour collecter des paiements 3 ans auparavant, alors je suppose qu'ils ont obtenu mes coordonnées à partir de là). J'ai dit à ma banque qui a ensuite réclamé mon argent et j'ai reçu une lettre de l'équipe des membres disant qu'ils étaient d'accord avec mon bit de réclamation, puis il a commencé MS S Khamkar qui a commencé OK, mais quand j'ai ensuite envoyé la lettre, j'avais dit la personne qui a envoyé il n'avait pas l'autorité et elle enquêterait plus avant. J'ai maintenant attendu trois semaines sans rien entendre et je l'ai poursuivie quatre fois. Lors de ma dernière conversation, elle était très impolie et est clairement une femme avec peu de compétences sociales
