En 2011, j'ai eu ma première expérience au centre d'hydrothérapie Skye Wellness Colon de Laura Lombaugh. Inutile de dire que mon expérience a été incroyable. Je n'aurais jamais pensé que le résultat de mes 3 premières séances consécutives avec elle changerait complètement ma vie. J'allais subir ma première coloscopie et ma filleule, Is'mima (maintenant décédée) m'avait dit de trouver un établissement qui proposait de l'hydrothérapie du côlon et d'avoir quelques séances avant ma coloscopie. Que Dieu bénisse ma filleule au paradis pour ses conseils et le centre de bien-être Skye de Laura Lombaugh. J'ai eu mes 3 séances d'hydrothérapie du côlon et j'ai continué ma coloscopie. La coloscopie a été un succès. Les médecins ont dit qu'il n'y avait pas de polypes ou quoi que ce soit. Et je n'ai pas eu à subir une autre coloscopie pendant 5 ans.
Mais la bonne nouvelle ne s'est pas arrêtée là. Après avoir eu mon hydrothérapie du côlon à Skye-Wellness à Walnut Creek, j'ai remarqué que tout mon corps a recommencé à changer. J'ai commencé à perdre du poids et à me sentir beaucoup mieux. Je suis devenu plus conscient de comment manger, quoi manger et quand et ne pas manger certains aliments. Je peux honnêtement dire qu'après mes premières séances productives avec Laura Lombaugh en 2011, j'ai perdu un énorme 165 livres. Et je sais que ma motivation pour cela était l'initiative que j'ai eue de l'hydrothérapie du côlon. Je prie l'esprit de mes filleules pour qu'elle me guide vers l'hydrothérapie du côlon et je remercie Laura Lombaugh d'avoir fourni les séances d'hydrothérapie du côlon qui m'ont conduit à un meilleur mode de vie pour moi.

Je faisais des colonics depuis 25 ans où j'habitais auparavant et j'étais déterminé à rencontrer quelqu'un qui était agréable, rend l'expérience émotionnellement sûre et reposante, et quelqu'un qui est extrêmement bien informé. Laura est toutes ces choses et plus encore. J'aime particulièrement le fait que lorsque nous parlons d'un problème de santé avec lequel je suis aux prises, elle m'envoie tout de suite des e-mails avec des ressources et des informations que je peux consulter par moi-même. Sa clinique est toujours calme, relaxante et très, très propre, ce qui est très important pour moi. Je la recommande vivement, en particulier pour ceux qui n'ont jamais essayé de colique auparavant. Son approche douce est une idée pour les débutants !
