Je viens ici depuis cinq ans, je déteste écrire ces commentaires négatifs mais je n'ai pas le choix. Cette clinique est un désastre, leur personnel est très hostile et sans instruction, voir un médecin et prendre des rendez-vous chez le médecin est un cauchemar. Il y a presque 6 mois j'avais un rendez-vous téléphonique, j'ai attendu toute la journée mais personne ne m'a appelé. Le Dr Sohail Davodian n'a pas de temps pour ses patients, il ne passera même pas 5 minutes avec ses patients puis repartira. Il se référera simplement à sa propre pharmacie pour obtenir des médicaments sur ordonnance. Ils ne se soucient pas des patients et de leurs besoins, ils veulent juste gagner de l'argent. Je recommande fortement d'éviter cette clinique.

Après avoir terminé les papiers, Nancy m'a conduit à la salle du laser et nous avons discuté des détails de mon épilation du dos. Elle a été claire et précise sur la procédure, m'informant de ce à quoi je devais m'attendre.
Elle m'a ensuite préparé pour le traitement au laser et a été rejointe par le Dr Julieta Moran pour la procédure. Le Dr et le technicien ont tous deux été patients et doux, rendant le processus aussi agréable que possible. L'équipement était à la pointe de la technologie, apaisant toutes les craintes des histoires d'horreur d'épilation que j'aurais pu avoir.
L'ensemble de la procédure a pris moins de 45 minutes, préparation incluse. Le Dr m'a donné des instructions claires sur la façon de traiter mon dos et sur la perte de cheveux à prévoir.
Jusqu'à présent, les résultats ont été meilleurs que prévu - 50 à 60 % de réduction en une seule séance.
J'attends avec impatience ma prochaine session laser.
Je recommande vivement ce Med Spa. Ils sont professionnels et vont trop loin pour mettre leurs patients à l'aise.
Si je pouvais laisser un avis zéro étoile, je le ferais. Révoquez leurs licences médicales, et s'il vous plaît pour l'amour de toutes les choses qui sont bonnes, ne perdez pas votre temps ici. Le personnel est extrêmement impoli et le médecin est très effrayant, sent et dégage cette étrange ambiance relative.
