Mon avis n'est pas basé sur la qualité de la garde d'enfants. C'est basé sur le manque de réponse que j'ai reçu lors de la demande de garde d'enfants pour mon bébé. J'ai appelé quatre fois et laissé quatre messages en l'espace d'une semaine et demie et aucune réponse d'Admissions (je crois qu'elle s'appelle Tiffany ?). J'ai même appelé directement la garderie et lui ai demandé si elle était peut-être en vacances ou en dehors du bureau et apparemment, elle était là. J'ai expliqué que je n'obtenais aucune réponse à mes demandes et la dame a pris mon e-mail et a dit qu'elle veillerait à nous contacter par e-mail. Pas de réponse, encore une fois. Très peu professionnel. Depuis, j'ai déménagé et trouvé un autre endroit, mais je suis toujours déçu.

Mes enfants avaient été inscrits au Centre Sonshine pour la garde d'enfants et le camp d'été et les soins et les programmes sont fantastiques !! Mon avis est basé sur la réponse de l'administrateur du centre. J'ai demandé des documents fiscaux à plusieurs reprises et le temps de réponse est très insuffisant. Leann a déclaré que les documents avaient été envoyés par la poste et lors de la confirmation de mon adresse postale, ils avaient Broomfield comme ville et moi vivons à Brighton. Au lieu de s'excuser et d'envoyer la déclaration tout de suite, elle a agi comme si c'était un inconvénient et a simplement déclaré "Je la sortirai dès que possible" Soyez prêt à faire votre demande plusieurs fois avant d'obtenir une réponse !!
