Je suis le seul résident d'un studio au deuxième étage. Le bailleur (R&DE Student Housing) fournit exactement une clé. Non, il ne peut pas être copié et il n'y a aucune exception. Vous verrouillez après les heures de bureau? Vous obtenez un déverrouillage gratuit; après cela, des frais de 45 $ sont facturés pour ouvrir votre porte. Vous déconnectez une deuxième clé pendant la journée et ne la restituez pas dans les 24 heures? Votre appartement sera remis à neuf et ils vous factureront 141 $ pour le service.

Il vous reste donc deux options:

1. Laissez votre appartement déverrouillé chaque fois que vous partez.
2. Payez les frais de 45 $ chaque fois que vous verrouillez votre clé dans votre appartement (après la première fois).
