Je voudrais exprimer ma FORTE déception vis-à-vis du bureau de l'AD. J'ai eu un très mauvais service avec un certain DA là-bas. En décembre 2015, je suis allé au tribunal où le juge avait reporté l'audience à une date ultérieure pendant un certain temps en janvier 2016. Le tribunal judiciaire a ordonné à ce procureur de faire interroger mon fils AVANT la fin du mois de décembre. Malheureusement, cela ne s'est jamais produit . J'ai donc commencé à appeler le bureau pour essayer de mettre la main sur le procureur. Après avoir appelé pendant quelques jours, je prends enfin contact avec le procureur et lui explique la situation. Je lui ai alors demandé, pourquoi mon fils n'a-t-il PAS encore été interrogé, surtout quand le tribunal a ordonné de l'avoir fait avant la fin du mois de décembre? J'ai aussi dit que le juge avait dit que sa parole était très importante dans cette affaire ... Sa réponse ignorante était ... Oh mon Dieu, c'est une bonne question, laissez-moi obtenir votre numéro et je vous répondrai dès que je obtenez une réponse. Les jours ont passé et AUCUN appel d'elle encore. J'ai donc continué à appeler son numéro pour n'entendre que ... La messagerie vocale est pleine et aucun message ne peut être laissé. (Wow! Imaginez ça) De plus, il s'avère que l'autre personne qui faisait face aux accusations d'abus avait couru HIER !!! Je suis donc allé en ligne pour rechercher leur cas et j'ai vu que les accusations avaient été abandonnées! Merci au DA qui était censé être là pour mon fils. Excellent travail pour montrer à quel point votre personnel est important. Mon fils subit beaucoup de traumatismes émotionnels à cause des mauvais traitements qu'il a subis avec l'autre personne. Maintenant, voir que les accusations ont été abandonnées en raison du manque d'engagement de la part du procureur est très déplacé. J'espère bien que le prochain cas que vous obtiendrez. En fait, vous tenez compte du fait que de VRAIES personnes sont impliquées et que les entretiens que vous êtes censé mener pourraient signifier beaucoup pour eux au tribunal.
À compter d'aujourd'hui, le 14 janvier 2016, j'ai laissé un message vocal au superviseur de l'AD dans l'espoir de recevoir un rappel très bientôt pour discuter de mes préoccupations à ce sujet.

Le nouveau DA du comté de Berne, Raul Torrez, fait un travail fantastique dans les circonstances les plus difficiles - il a hérité d'un énorme gâchis. J'espère qu'il restera longtemps.

J'ai juste essayé trois fois d'appeler. Le système d'appel est complètement cassé. Il vous envoie à la messagerie vocale, puis vous raccroche. Lorsque j'ai essayé une option différente, il voulait un numéro de boîte aux lettres, comment puis-je connaître le numéro de boîte aux lettres approprié? Il a ensuite dit pour obtenir de l'aide, appuyez sur 0, alors je l'ai fait, il a ensuite dit que 0 était un numéro de boîte aux lettres invalide et a raccroché.
