Je suis venu ici pour une partie que je ne pouvais trouver nulle part ailleurs et c'était une douleur absolue. Le conseiller aux pièces a commandé la mauvaise pièce et quand je l'ai confronté, il a commencé à faire un aveuglement.Je sais que certaines personnes sont surchargées de travail ces jours-ci, mais elles ont besoin de garder leur sang-froid surtout dans un environnement dit professionnel Mercedes. de toute façon j'ai eu la bonne partie et j'ai oublié cette expérience et j'irai ailleurs dans le futur

Pas une marque premium! La voiture est entrée en service après avoir été informée de ce qui n'allait pas - ils n'avaient pas les pièces et ont donc dû la reprendre une deuxième fois. 7 mois plus tard, la faute est revenue. Malgré 5 appels téléphoniques et 2 e-mails depuis octobre, ils n'ont pas ou ne peuvent pas confirmer les réparations qu'ils ont effectuées en février, donc je ne sais pas s'ils ont remplacé la pièce ou non. Vous êtes laissé en attente, les gens (ou le système téléphonique) raccroche alors que l appel sonne comme s il était répondu et les e-mails doivent aller dans un trou noir car je n ai pas encore eu de réponse.
