Wow, quelle différence cet ascenseur et cette couverture ont fait! Je comprends si vous êtes sur la clôture des dépenses ou de la nécessité, car cela semble définitivement être un achat luxueux. Nous ne savions pas combien de temps il ajoutait à chaque jour d'été, ainsi que la commodité et la protection qu'il offre. Lorsque nous avons déménagé au lac et acheté un nouveau bateau, nous avons passé la première année à faire ce que nous faisions toujours avec l'ancien: passer beaucoup de temps chaque jour à attacher et à remettre la housse. Une fois que nous avons eu ce nouvel ascenseur et cette nouvelle couverture, nous ne pouvions pas arrêter de nous exclamer à quel point le système est plus pratique et à quel point les jours d'été à Seattle seront encore meilleurs! Nous sortons maintenant plusieurs fois par jour sans nous soucier de remettre le couvercle. Nous savons que le bateau est blotti dans son petit cocon en restant propre et sec et en attendant que nous en ressortions. Le service client était (et continue d'être) exceptionnel et si rapide! Nous travaillons avec Jeff et son équipe est incroyablement sur la balle. Encore une fois, c'est un de ces achats que vous ne pensez pas être une nécessité, mais si vous êtes comme nous, vous souhaiterez que vous le fassiez plus tôt.

Jeff et l'équipe de Sunstream étaient 5 étoiles. Permettre le secteur riverain prend du temps, il était franc à ce sujet et savait quand ils pouvaient et ne pouvaient pas travailler sur notre rivage.

L'ascenseur lui-même est génial, j'ai opté pour une couverture automatique qui fonctionne comme je l'avais espéré. Facile à enfiler, à enlever facilement.

Installation difficile mais les gars l'ont vidé par une journée chaude pendant 12 heures pour mettre l'ascenseur en place. Je vais mettre à jour comme nous verrons comment le service va dans les mois / années après l'installation.

Après 22 ans avec un Aqualift, il était temps pour une belle mise à niveau. J'ai vu le Swiftshield (la couverture automatisée) au salon nautique et je voulais quelque chose qui ne bloquerait pas ma vue, comme le ferait une grande couverture de toit fixe. Jeff Hart a été mon vendeur du début à la fin. Il y a environ 50 choses qui auraient pu mal tourner et Jeff s'est assuré que tout se passait bien! Du devis, de la planification, de l'installation, du suivi, etc., je suis impressionné. Je n'ai même reçu la facture finale que des semaines après que tout ait été fait. Ils voulaient s'assurer que j'étais satisfait et qu'il n'y avait pas de problèmes à régler. Il n'y en avait pas! J'ai eu l'ascenseur de 8 000 lb et la couverture automatisée pour mon 21 'Mastercraft. Et la housse s'adapte comme un gant sur notre bateau! La couverture n'est pas bon marché, mais chaque fois que je la regarde, je suis heureuse d'avoir dépensé de l'argent supplémentaire pour elle. De plus, c'est comme si le bateau était emballé dans un coffre-fort!

Beau travail Jeff et votre équipe. C'était une journée très froide quand ils l'ont installé et personne ne s'est plaint du tout!
