Malheureusement, je me sens obligé de prendre du temps et de soumettre des commentaires honnêtes sur Synergy Signs / Graphics en raison de mon expérience avec Jim Dawson, le propriétaire. Même si mon impression initiale et mon expérience avec lui et son équipe ont été très positives, cela s'est avéré extrêmement décevant lorsque le projet a été FINALEMENT terminé. J'ai payé son acompte de 50% sur le projet, puis il a fallu plus d'un an à partir de ce moment jusqu'à ce que le projet soit terminé. Une fois qu'il a eu mon dépôt, j'ai entendu très peu de communication de sa part, et il était au-delà de la frustration de travailler avec l'autre sous-traitant qui travaillait pour terminer la fondation de l'enseigne. Il a fini par jouer du doigt et blâmer lorsque les choses ne se sont pas déroulées aussi bien que prévu, et m'a laissé régler les détails par moi-même. Très médiocre communicateur, très lent à terminer le projet, et repenserait définitivement le travail avec cette équipe à l'avenir. Ils sont extrêmement artistiques et créatifs, mais en matière de communication et d'exécution, ils laissent beaucoup à désirer.
