Un agent du DPS dans un SUV s'est précipité vers moi alors que je m'apprêtais à quitter la piste cyclable à une intersection, puis a lancé sa sirène, s'est arrêté au milieu de la route et a crié: Tu ferais mieux de faire attention, mon garçon. Ma première rencontre avec DPS les a amenés à parler de gens pauvres comme s'ils étaient des criminels qui devraient être craintifs, et ma dernière expérience a été presque d'être frappé par un officier dans un SUV à une intersection alors qu'il faisait du vélo. Vous allez tous très bien.

Je n'ai jamais été aussi profondément déçu par une organisation. Ils violent régulièrement les droits à la vie privée des individus non seulement en tant qu'étudiants mais en tant que citoyens américains. Ils ne sont rien d'autre qu'une organisation de voyous qui ne répondent à personne d'autre qu'au chancelier lui-même. Si vous demandez une escorte à la maison parce que vous ne vous sentez pas en sécurité, ils vous diront de prendre le bus. Ils semblent avoir l'intention de ne rien faire d'autre que de rester assis toute la journée et d'être insultés lorsqu'on leur demande de faire leur travail. Lorsqu'ils se sentent finalement assez ennuyés pour venir faire leur travail, ils ne font qu'aggraver la situation soit avec des menaces creuses, un langage méprisant ou un ton menaçant. Si vous avez de la chance, ils se sentiront peut-être assez dérangés pour vous donner les trois. C'est une organisation qui devrait être réformée et faire l'objet d'une enquête de la part du gouvernement, car elle enfreint définitivement la loi au quotidien et cause plus de tort que de bien aux étudiants. C'est un abus de pouvoir dégoûtant
