Acheté une télévision de JB. Il a cassé à 23 mois (il y avait aussi une télécommande qui fonctionnait à peine depuis le début mais je m'éloigne du sujet ...). Je l'ai envoyé pour garantie, cela fait 8 semaines - ~ 1 semaine pour JB et le réparateur pour m'informer qu'il n'est pas réparable. encore 7 semaines assis avec Teac sans réponse. Produits terribles, service horrible.

Acheté 4 x téléviseurs à teac, tous les bars sont tombés en panne, 65 pouces est tombé en panne deux fois, en attente d'une autre réclamation sur 49 pouces, cela fait plus de 2 mois maintenant et attend toujours comme jugé irréparable, la même chose s'est produite lors des réclamations de garantie précédentes. sont une honte absolue, sachez que si vous achetez un de leurs téléviseurs, vous aurez très probablement besoin de le faire réparer ou de le remplacer et vous serez sans téléviseur ni remboursement pendant au moins 2 à 3 mois.
