Non seulement il leur a fallu PRESQUE 7 MOIS POUR FIXER ... le gars avait coupé une partie assez importante de mon écran pour que le toucher ne fonctionne plus. Ils n'ont jamais offert de remboursement ET n'ont jamais réparé l'ordinateur. J'ai fini par l'emmener ailleurs où il m'a été rendu complètement réparé en 3 jours. Je dirai à tous ceux que je connais de ne jamais utiliser cet endroit.

Expérience absolument horrible. J'ai un ordinateur de jeu haut de gamme, et après l'avoir amené à ces gars-là pour supprimer un virus, c'est maintenant la machine la plus lente que j'aie jamais utilisée. Je pourrais aussi bien utiliser mon ancien 286 avec une connexion commutée. En permanence, le démarrage et la connexion prennent littéralement plus de 10 minutes, et les sites Web mettent une éternité à se charger, alors qu'ils apparaissaient auparavant. Et tout cela a coûté près de 300 $ et a pris près de 2 semaines pour faire le travail. Merci d'avoir transformé mon PC en ancre de bateau, les gars!
