NON NON NON - Service épouvantable NE TOUCHEZ PAS À CETTE ENTREPRISE
Ma gouvernante a demandé l'ouverture d'un compte Ackermans au début de décembre 2020. Nous avons rempli les formulaires qu'elle a renvoyés et nous avons reçu d'autres formulaires à remplir. À ce jour, ils avaient reçu deux fois, livré au magasin et par e-mail toutes les exigences annoncées - 3 mois de relevés bancaires, 3 mois de fiches de paie et confirmation d'emploi. Nous avons fait un suivi et n'avons rien entendu.
Le 24 décembre, elle a reçu un nouveau formulaire à remplir, ce que nous avons fait. Elle l'a ensuite retourné au magasin et aussi de ma part par e-mail et on lui a dit - après avoir été dérangé et avoir attendu 4 heures - qu'elle pouvait s'attendre à une réponse dans les 24 heures. Il est INACCEPTABLE de faire cela aux gens, en particulier le soir de Noël.
Elle a demandé à acheter des vêtements de Noël et à commencer à établir une cote de crédit.
Tenacity Financial Services, d'après mon expérience, dérange les gens et leur coûte du temps et de l'argent sans rien livrer; ils ne méritent pas d'être soutenus.
