Très déçu par TowneBank of Currituck, j'appelle pour obtenir des éclaircissements et une compréhension de mon compte et on m'a dit en gros que s'ils consultaient mon compte pour voir les découverts passés et qu'ils me factureraient s'ils le faisaient et je n'appelais pas pour obtenir harcelé ou menacé d'être inculpé pour des choses qui ont été prises en charge, je voulais juste des éclaircissements et une compréhension et tout ce que j'ai reçu était des commentaires grossiers et méchants et je ne suis pas très satisfait du niveau de service client à cet endroit. Mon mari allait ouvrir un compte chez eux demain mais je pense que nous devrons aller ailleurs.

Ne faites pas confiance à TowneBank avec un sou! Donnez une arme à un gars et il peut voler une banque, donner à un gars une banque, il peut voler le monde.

J'ai eu un problème avec une carte de débit et ils ont dit qu'ils allaient demander à quelqu'un de me rappeler, ils n'ont pas appelé la société de cartes et ils ont aidé à sortir Anthony j

Banquiers très impolis et irrespectueux. J'ai appelé avec un client commun pour une vérification ACH. J'ai d'abord parlé à Nancy et elle m'a transféré à quelqu'un d'autre. La femme ne m'a JAMAIS demandé mon nom, ma société, mon agence, mon numéro de licence ou quoi que ce soit. Elle a tout de suite supposé que parce que le client s'était «renseigné» sur l'assurance-vie, elle n'en voulait pas, ce qui n'était pas du tout le cas. Elle procède ensuite à nous dire sans raison légitime qu'elle ne vérifierait pas ses informations. C'était basé sur ses sentiments et son jugement, ce qui est faux. Ma cliente a suivi le protocole approprié lorsqu'on lui a demandé de vérifier ses informations. Elle est même allée dire à la cliente, alors qu'elle était toujours au téléphone avec moi, que si elle avait besoin d'une assurance-vie, elle pouvait entrer et s'asseoir avec quelqu'un sans avoir à parler au téléphone. À quel point tout cela est-il professionnel?! Je n'apprécie pas du tout cela. Le professionnalisme est indispensable!
