Notre société scolaire a MealTime comme point de vente depuis de nombreuses années. Lorsque nous avons commencé avec MealTime, leur système de soutien était excellent, mais surtout très opportun. Nous obtiendrions nos questions et / ou nos problèmes résolus rapidement.L'équipe de support est toujours excellente mais pas en temps opportun. Lundi, nous sommes arrivés à l'école et avons découvert que notre système était corrompu, nous avions perdu les données de vendredi et j'ai appelé Mealtime et leur ai dit notre problème et on m'a dit que je serais mis sur la liste de rappel et 28 heures plus tard, ils m'ont rappelé. aidez immédiatement pas 28 heures plus tard!

Si je pouvais leur donner plus de cinq étoiles, je le ferais. Nos écoles se sont considérablement améliorées en termes de comportement, d'ingestion de légumes et de bonheur après l'adoption du logiciel MealTime.
