Les membres du personnel sont tous très sympathiques et polis et j'ai été impressionné par le niveau de soin que j'ai éprouvé. Les infirmières en particulier sont très serviables et ont pris soin d'écouter mes besoins et d'agir en conséquence. Le bâtiment est propre et moderne, donc l'environnement vous met à l'aise contrairement aux autres chirurgies auxquelles j'ai assisté. Il se trouve également à quelques pas du centre-ville, ce qui facilite les déplacements.

Jusqu'à présent, une très bonne expérience. Le docteur a pris le temps de trouver des chiffres pour mes besoins au lieu de me les faire découvrir moi-même. Poser les questions appropriées et m'a pleinement aidé. Le bâtiment est propre et bien rangé et bien présenté. Les réceptionnistes sont charmants et faciles à parler, très serviables.

Les réceptionnistes extrêmement impolis et non professionnels ne traitent pas le personnel avec dignité ou ne respectent pas la moindre empathie donnée. Des jeunes filles sans expérience de la vie et sans compassion pour les autres ramènent des femmes plus âgées qui ont pris leur retraite au moins, elles savaient comment parler aux gens et être polies! Certains médecins vont bien, d’autres sont une perte d’espace, mais s’il y a quelque chose qui ne va pas, ne vous attendez pas à ce qu’ils se soucient suffisamment pour le récupérer. J'ai été mal diagnostiqué pendant des années. Également reçu un soutien minimal lors du diagnostic. Ont quitté cette chirurgie après 12 ans. Évitez si votre santé compte pour vous.
