J'étais extrêmement nerveux avant mon cours de voilier car je suis un non-nageur qui n'avait jamais pris de cours de voile auparavant !! En contraste frappant, cela s'est avéré être une expérience tellement merveilleuse où j'ai même pu contrôler la roue pendant un bon moment.
Pour en revenir à la leçon elle-même, c'est une leçon de 90 minutes où vous avez deux professionnels qui aident le groupe à naviguer sur un vrai bateau. Nos instructeurs ont été patients et extrêmement serviables tout en expliquant l'importance de chaque pièce d'équipement sur le bateau .. Chacun de nous a pu revêtir différents chapeaux pendant la durée du cours et c'était rafraîchissant de voir autant de contrôle donné au groupe
Je le recommande vivement à tout groupe souhaitant passer un moment de détente sur la rivière
J'ai eu un problème avec le montant d'un remboursement. Au lieu de renvoyer l'un de mes multiples appels téléphoniques et e-mails, ils m'ont juste fantôme et m'ont ignoré.

Mise à jour : après qu'ils m'aient remboursé conformément à leur politique, j'ai essayé PLUSIEURS FOIS de les contacter pour simplement discuter et comprendre leur politique.
Ils n'ont jamais répondu. Tout ce que je voulais, c'était discuter de mes options. J'ai réalisé que j'avais mal compris leur politique de remboursement et que je voulais faire un suivi.
