Nous avons l'expérience suivante avec tormax:
porte coulissante placée dans un nouveau bâtiment en 2018 en cours de construction.
Pas marchandé sur le prix (cher mais bon)
après avoir terminé la nouvelle construction en 2019, tormax a été ajusté et commencé
en 2020 le contact de porte échouera (valeur 15-50 euros)
Une intervention très rapide et experte suit.
Nous essayons de nous blâmer (mauvaise utilisation?!?) Pour un clavier à code qui est utilisé une fois par jour?
Une facture de 540 euros suit pour l'intervention qui a déjà pris 20 minutes. Cette facture a été contestée par nous mais a été payée à temps.
Selon tormax, la garantie commence à l'INSTALLATION, ce qui en pratique n'équivaut à AUCUNE garantie puisqu'elle n'a pas été utilisée après 1 an.
Après quelques insistance, une lettre de menace d'un avocat suit.

Cette entreprise ne comprend pas ce que sont les clients satisfaits. Une formation au traitement des plaintes ne fait vraiment pas de mal ici. Vous recherchez une porte coulissante automatique? Réfléchissez avant de commencer, une personne notifiée vaut deux (et le tout pour un contact de 28 euros de prix de vente)
