Nous ADORONS Transitions Rehab. Notre enfant de 4 ans était dans un endroit où il était frustré tout le temps parce que nous ne pouvions pas le comprendre. Nous nous sentions tellement déconnectés parce qu'il avait tellement de choses à dire, mais nous ne pouvions pas comprendre ce qu'il disait la plupart du temps. À peu près au moment où nous avons finalement reçu la recommandation de discours de notre pédiatre, Ashlie et Katie se sont présentées pour ouvrir le bureau de Brandon pour les patients pédiatriques ! Ils sont allés tellement au-delà pour obtenir la référence directement de notre pédicure (ils sont même allés le chercher parce que le télécopieur était de mauvaise humeur). Ils ont été si créatifs pour décorer une salle de jeux/aire d'attente aussi mignonne et nous ont fait entrer très rapidement pour une évaluation. Il n'y avait pas de temps d'attente entre l'évaluation et le début des traitements. (D'autres endroits que nous avions appelés n'ont pas pu nous faire entrer pendant un mois, puis les traitements commenceraient un autre mois après cette évaluation. C'était tout simplement trop long pour que cette séparation grandisse entre nous et notre enfant.) Tout au long des traitements, notre famille a reçu de connaître si bien ces deux dames que c'était aussi bien pour nous que pour notre fils (le patient lui-même). Ils étaient vraiment le meilleur cadeau que nous ayons pu trouver. Notre fils leur a si bien répondu parce qu'il est si évident qu'ils aiment ce qu'ils font et qu'ils comprennent tellement la bêtise qu'il avait l'habitude d'utiliser comme mécanisme de défense pour ne pas être compris. Il a eu un redressement si rapide et nous obtenons TOUJOURS des gens qui commentent à quel point ils peuvent mieux le comprendre. Merci, merci, merci Transitions Rehab!!
