Grand-mère a vécu ici pendant quelques années - lors des visites, on peut voir les infirmières nourrir de force les aînés. De plus, il y a un manque de respect, de patience et surtout - de compassion de la part des gardiens.

Le thème commun de «C'est difficile». concernant le rôle d'une infirmière / soignante est une mauvaise excuse pour traiter une personne sans aucune attention à son bien-être total: psychologique, émotionnel et physique.
Il y avait des infirmières et en particulier qui avaient un soupçon de gentillesse et de compassion, mais peu savent probablement qui elles sont.
Mise à jour: Cet endroit a enfreint 51 règlements pris par l'Ontario pour assurer le bien-être des résidents. Cela comprenait des abus, un traitement inapproprié général des résidents et une pénurie de personnel qui influe directement sur le bien-être de ceux qui y vivent. On leur a dit d'arrêter d'accepter de nouveaux patients. Malheureusement pour ceux qui y vivent encore, ils ont mes plus sincères sympathies. En ce qui concerne les autres options, veuillez faire vos recherches avant car il existe certainement de meilleures options. Votre parent vivra la vie de son aîné en paix.
