C'est une entreprise qui est engagée pour externaliser les services informatiques d'une autre entreprise. J'y ai travaillé pendant quelques mois et en tant qu'ouvrier:
-Ils essaieront de vous donner l'illusion que les nombreux aspects négatifs de votre travail vont changer. Et là non plus ils savent parfaitement bien que ça ne va pas être comme ça et ils vous le disent encore. Ou ils ne sont pas conscients de la situation réelle avec leur client, dont je ne sais pas qu'elle est plus grave.
-Ils vont arnaquer tout ce dont vous avez besoin, dans certains cas quand ils le souhaitent, ils profitent de l'accord comme avis de changement d'emploi, mais quand ils sont intéressés, ils sautent l'accord comme dans le paiement des indemnités de déplacement, payant moins que ce qui met l'accord.
-Lorsqu'ils sont intéressés, ils diront que c'est déjà un problème que vous devez traiter avec le client, comme avoir sauté en raison du manque d'organisation pour vous donner un jour férié local qu'ils doivent vous donner par la loi, et dites «bien parlez au client pour voir si vous pouvez faire quelque chose» et si vous ne le faites pas, vous manquez de vacances.
-Ils vont vous dire des choses comme vous n'avez pas à faire d'heures supplémentaires, mais en même temps, ils vous parlent des deux heures que vous devez manger "vous verrez comment vous verrez que dans vos heures de déjeuner vous voulez pour anticiper les incidents afin de ne pas s'accumuler "
Et tout cela en seulement 5 mois de travail dans cette entreprise ... C'est logiquement vu ce que j'ai vu que je change d'entreprise.
