Après avoir soumis un appel de ticket, j'ai suivi 5 fois (en disant que j'étais à Hawaï à XX dates pour me rencontrer au tribunal). Il a fallu plus de 3 mois pour recevoir une lettre avec une date d'audience proposée à laquelle j'étais déjà parti. Je vis au Canada, donc je ne pouvais pas retourner à HI pour aller au tribunal.
La réponse a été "vous pouvez engager un avocat pour représenter votre cas". Ce n'est évidemment pas raisonnable car cela coûterait plus cher que le billet.
De plus, la contravention pour excès de vitesse visait à surcharger une voiture sur une voie de dépassement légale alors que cela était sécuritaire. Il faut presque toujours accélérer pour passer pour le faire rapidement et ne pas mettre en danger les voitures venant en sens inverse. C'était dans mon cas d'appel ...

Ce monsieur aime vraiment son travail, la plupart des gens ne le font pas. Vous pouvez l'entendre dans sa voix, il doit vraiment être difficile de ne pas donner de conseils juridiques, tout en répondant à toutes les questions qui semblent toutes se rapprocher de cela. Très informé. Merci à vous tous pour le travail que vous faites.
