Je donnerais certainement 0 étoile si Google me propose cette option. Des services horribles de la part du personnel qui ne se soucie pas du tout des futurs étudiants. Ils sont très peu professionnels sur les services qu'ils fournissent, comme la distribution de packages.
Au fait, les appartements ne sont pas très sûrs. Je dois évacuer 3 fois de mes appartements à cause d'un incendie réel à 100 pieds de mes appartements, et j'ai reçu des avertissements de la police concernant des personnes essayant de percer des appartements. Alors bonne chance aux gens qui essaient encore de rester ici.

Donc, cet après-midi, je reçois un appel indiquant que je dois être expulsé jusqu'en octobre car les escaliers menant à mon appartement au 2ème étage ne sont pas sécurisés. Au moment de leur premier appel (12h), ils ne savent pas quand je dois déménager, où je serai transféré ou quand je pourrai revenir. Quand ils rappellent enfin à 17 heures, ils m'informent que je dois retirer tout ce dont j'ai besoin pour vivre de mon appartement avant le mercredi matin (attention, c'est lundi après-midi) et que je ne peux pas rentrer dans mon appartement avant fin octobre. Ils vont m'installer dans un appartement plus petit de la place jusqu'à nouvel ordre. Et manquent d'informations pour me dire quoi faire à propos de la location et du déplacement de mon service wifi. Je devrai comprendre mon travail, ma situation de vie et me préparer à l'école avec un préavis d'un jour pour déménager. La pièce dans laquelle ils m'emménagent est plus petite et ils ne m'ont pas laissé le temps de me préparer à déplacer mes affaires. Je ne sais pas à quoi ressemble mon nouvel appartement ou si quelqu'un d'autre y habite déjà et je n'ai aucun moyen de savoir avant qu'il veuille que j'emménage (demain) .Comment pourraient-ils même laisser l'état des escaliers devenir si mauvais que c'est dangereux de vivre dans l'appartement.
