C'est la troisième fois que nous avons passé un contrat avec l'UCI pour un voyage de trois jours à Orlando. Expérience vraiment remarquable avec Vicki et Kris lors de la mise en place de notre réservation. Mme Priscilla le chauffeur de bus est génial et s'adapte aux besoins du client. Je voyagerais certainement avec l'UCI à l'avenir et recommanderais cette entreprise. Excellent service et prix avantageux.

Nous avons réservé Unique Charters Inc. pour une excursion scolaire élémentaire d'Hollywood, en Floride, à une exposition d'ingénierie à l'USF à Tampa plus tôt ce mois-ci. Ils sont arrivés à l'heure à 5h30 du matin et nous sommes également revenus à l'heure. Je ne taris pas d'éloges sur la communication et le professionnalisme de l'UCI (merci Kris!). Le prix était juste et ils sont approuvés par les écoles publiques du comté de Broward. Notre chauffeur, Princilla était EXCEPTIONNEL et incroyablement arrangeant. Elle a vraiment montré de l'attention et du service à nos étudiants. L'école élémentaire Sheridan Park envisagera certainement de les utiliser à nouveau!

Je n ai pas ramassé à l heure pour une sortie scolaire pour enfants. Arrivé à 8 h 45 pour une prise en charge à 7 h 30. Il faisait froid et les enfants attendaient dehors pendant 2 heures et 45 minutes. Si vous ne pouvez pas faire un ramassage à temps, n'acceptez pas le contrat. Et n'utilisez pas le trafic comme excuse. Avec transport. Vous devez planifier les accidents de la route, etc., tout comme emmener un enfant à l'école. Pas d'excuses. Les événements maintenant prévus pour la visite sur le terrain seront manqués car nous sommes en retard en raison d'un service et d'une planification médiocres.

Kris a rendu le processus de notre voyage en classe si fluide, facile et sans stress. Nous avons passé un moment fantastique à Orlando et leur chauffeur était très professionnel et courtois. le bus était propre, il y avait des prises de recharge au-dessus de chaque siège et très confortable pour se reposer en allant et en revenant d'Orlando. Nous sommes impatients de faire des affaires avec leur entreprise à nouveau l'année scolaire prochaine.
