Le pire service client auquel j'ai eu affaire depuis que je suis devenu propriétaire d'une entreprise il y a 8 ans. La nouvelle unité d'échographie que j'avais achetée il y a 12 mois a commencé à avoir des problèmes. On nous a dit que la garantie était passée de sorte que nous serions responsables des frais de service. On nous a également dit qu'aucun programme de prêt n'existait, nous serions donc sans notre machine aussi longtemps qu'il leur faudrait pour la réparer. Comme il fonctionnait toujours de manière incohérente et que c'était une période chargée dans notre pratique, nous avons retardé de leur renvoyer. Lorsque nous avons finalement pu le leur envoyer, il s'est avéré qu'ils avaient un programme de prêt. Cependant, ils n'avaient pas de prêt à ce moment-là. Une fois qu'ils ont reçu la machine, ils ont constaté que la carte mère avait échoué. Nous avons suggéré que nous ne devrions peut-être pas être responsables du remplacement de la carte mère d'une machine vieille d'un an. Nous sommes allés voir le propriétaire de l'entreprise qui a passé 15 minutes à crier après mon directeur de bureau et a finalement dit que seul "Dieu" pouvait décider si la machine fonctionnerait ou non. Aussi qu'ils ne vendaient plus ce modèle parce que c'était une machine tellement difficile. Pourtant, ils exigeaient un paiement avant de nous renvoyer notre machine. N'achèterait jamais autre chose de cette entreprise.
