Deux semaines après avoir recueilli mes informations d'assurance, je n'ai toujours pas reçu mon composé. J'ai appelé plusieurs fois au cours des deux derniers jours et j'ai reçu un message vocal à chaque fois. Ils m'ont finalement rappelé et ont menti en essayant de m'appeler la semaine dernière. Ils ont prétendu qu'ils n'avaient pas mon numéro de téléphone portable, c'est le numéro sur lequel ils m'ont appelé pour obtenir mes informations d'assurance. Ils ont prétendu avoir appelé mon numéro de travail quatre fois. Le fait est que mon numéro de travail enregistre les appels manqués et qu'il n'y a eu aucun numéro inconnu, aucun appel de l'indicatif régional 501 et aucun appel de 800 numéros. Il n'y avait pas non plus de message vocal d'un représentant américain de Compounding. Quand ils ont finalement "vérifié mon adresse de livraison" (j'avais une quote-part de 0 $, donc je ne leur devais rien), ils ont dit qu'elle ne serait expédiée que lundi. Sérieusement? C'est un analgésique et j'ai déjà attendu deux semaines, et ils ne peuvent pas l'expédier aujourd'hui parce que c'est vendredi. Je suis devenu superviseur et je leur ai fait savoir que j'en informerais mon médecin. Ils ont dit qu'ils ne pouvaient pas expédier vendredi parce qu'il resterait sur un camion dans la chaleur. Tu peux répéter s'il te plait? Ils expédient FedEx et FedEx a une livraison le samedi. Je viens de recevoir un rappel qu'ils expédieraient aujourd'hui, pour une livraison samedi. Mais je ne vais pas augmenter mes étoiles parce que je crois honnêtement qu'ils ont menti à propos de l'appel, et c'est une mauvaise affaire.

J'ai contacté US Compounding et Mme Greer a été plus qu'utile. Elle a pris toutes les informations nécessaires et a recherché le numéro de lot que je lui ai donné sur le flacon. Elle m'a informé que ce n'était pas l'un de leurs produits. J'espère que US Compounding enquête toujours sur cette situation. Merci encore Mme Greer.
