Endroit vraiment authentique pour apprendre non seulement le Kungfu, mais aussi l'histoire et la philosophie qui l'entourent.
Sifu Cruz a des décennies d'expérience et est très généreux de les partager.
Les enseignants sont des écharpes noires, pas certains élèves comme ailleurs.
Le meilleur endroit pour étudier le Kungfu sur le Cap et ses environs (je viens en fait du cap. Ça vaut le détour)
