Excellente entreprise avec des gens sympathiques et professionnels. Belles machines avec un large choix.

Une fois, j'ai acheté un gâteau à l'une de leurs machines, qui est malheureusement restée bloquée. Après cela, je leur ai envoyé un e-mail à ce sujet et (après une longue attente) j'ai reçu un e-mail. Finalement encore eu un bon service.

Un rendez-vous de réparation est régulièrement oublié. Et les délais d'attente sont régulièrement trop longs.
