Très peu professionnel. J'avais un rendez-vous pris une semaine à l'avance, et j'ai même changé mes plans de vacances / nouvel an pour tenir dans le rendez-vous.
Ils m'ont appelé le matin de mon rendez-vous pour me dire que le médecin avait une urgence personnelle.
Je les ai appelés pour leur dire que je voulais changer de médecin de famille parce que c'est quelque chose que je refuse de traiter. Ils semblaient indifférents et semblaient presque m'encourager à changer de clinique ... C'est fait. Pire clinique dans la zone OC.
Si vous avez un emploi du temps chargé ... évitez cet endroit comme la peste
