Ma mère était une patiente là-bas et a été traitée extrêmement horrible par le personnel. Les infirmières et les CNA. Les seules personnes qui étaient bonnes avec nous étaient le personnel de sécurité. L'infirmière en chef du nom du quartier C était June et elle était complètement impolie et peu professionnelle. Elle a laissé ses patients s'asseoir dans leur crasse et leur a également parlé comme s'ils étaient des animaux. De plus, quand ma mère a été hospitalisée, ils ont décidé de la libérer et n'ont même pas eu la permission d'appeler et de dire à sa famille. J'ai appris de ma mère qu'elle allait être libérée. À l'arrivée pour récupérer ses affaires, ils ont tout jeté dans des sacs et quand j'ai demandé si je pouvais avoir quelques jours pour récupérer tous les effets personnels, ils ont dit que non, ils devaient être emportés le même jour. On m'a dit par la sécurité qu'ils avaient un lieu de stockage mais l'infirmière en chef June a dit que non, il devait être parti le même jour. Ne les fréquentez pas pour prendre soin de vos proches car ils ne s'en soucient pas et ne font que percevoir un chèque de paie.

Le pire soin qui soit. Refus de médicaments, je n'ai pas lu le tableau pour voir pourquoi le membre de ma famille était là. Personnel insouciant et crule. Refusé de retourner les appels. A volé la propriété.
