I have been a customer of Vimpex Kft. for several years now and I must say, their products are just average. The quality is decent but nothing special. I feel like there are better options out there, but they get the job done. Overall, I would say they are just average.

Ils ne peuvent être joints ni par téléphone ni par e-mail, ils ne répondent à rien. Il n'y a pas de service client, le gérant du magasin a été difficile à joindre, qui n'a rien pu dire, car il n'est "qu'un gérant de magasin" ... Il faut des semaines pour livrer les produits commandés.

Vente en gros de produits chimiques le 7 septembre 2020, j'ai acheté à 1h30. Le caissier a jeté les marchandises. Avant de commencer l'enregistrement, il est allé voir s'il avait besoin d'un accélérateur jusqu'à ce que nous fumions une cigarette. Après le paiement, le contrôleur a mis là-bas deux autres produits dont je ne savais pas ce que c'était, puis quand je lui ai demandé, il a répondu hostilement que c'était un cadeau. Après que je n ai pas compris cela et pourquoi, j ai demandé si j avais ce cadeau. Réponse: un cadeau. Après être sorti du magasin, j'entends cet homme parler au caissier derrière moi dans un état émotionnel hostile.
