Très peu fiable. No show 3 fois, puis appelez pour dire être là dans quatre jours. DEMANDEZ un appel la veille de la visite, AUCUN appel, quand ils appellent, ils veulent m'accueillir le même jour que l'appel. Quand ils sont venus, ils n'ont pris que BP et temp et ont dit que tout allait bien. 6 heures plus tard, admis à l'hôpital avec une infection qui fait rage. Tous les symptômes étaient présents lors de leur visite. J'ai subi une intervention chirurgicale majeure à cause d'un cancer. Le service qu'ils ont fourni était inutile.

Pendant le séjour de mon mari dans les soins palliatifs à domicile, l infirmière a été formidable. Elle a montré une telle inquiétude et un soin doux pour lui pendant les 3 mois qu'elle nous a rendu visite. Après les heures de bureau, les appels ont été rapidement retournés et chaque personne avec qui nous avons eu des contacts n'était rien d'autre que serviable et prévenant. Je recommanderais ce groupe à tout le monde.

Ils ne sont jamais à l'heure, n'appelez jamais s'ils vont être en retard ou ne peuvent pas arriver un certain jour qu'ils ont déjà programmé. C'est très frustrant!
