Si vous voulez vous faire arnaquer et vous faire masser par des amateurs absolus, c'est un spa parfait pour vous! J'y suis allé le vendredi dernier et j'ai dû interrompre le traitement aux pierres chaudes parce que c'était tellement insupportablement non professionnel et mauvais. Après cela a dû traiter avec son directeur qui a montré un manque absolu de service client. Sensation très Far Westish.

NE FAITES PAS votre maquillage ici ... Si Google me permettait d'attribuer moins d'une étoile, k le ferait. L'artiste est super sympa, mais elle a besoin de retourner à l'école pour améliorer ses techniques. Je ne suis normalement pas un critique sévère, mais j'étais à un mariage samedi dernier et je ne la laisserais pas finir mon maquillage - et j'ai refusé de payer et on m'a dit de me démaquiller si je ne payais pas, ce que j'ai fait avec plaisir . Le propriétaire est impoli et n'est pas du tout centré sur le client, et a donné une attitude tout le temps. Les prix sont ridicules pour le niveau de service. Je ne recommanderais jamais à personne d'y aller! La propriétaire est misérable et ses employés aussi, je n'ai pas vu un seul sourire pendant tout mon séjour. Le coiffeur était le seul retour positif que je puisse donner. Économisez votre argent les gens !!!!!!!

Ne gaspillez PAS votre argent, ce n'est en aucun cas un spa. Je suis allé pour un massage d'une heure et un membre de la famille est allé pour un soin du visage (elle a dit que c'était horrible). Juste avant mon massage assis dans la salle d'attente, une dame s'est approchée de moi pour me demander si j'avais besoin d'un reçu. Je ne savais pas pourquoi elle me demandait avant le massage si j'avais besoin d'un reçu et elle a dit "à des fins d'assurance" avez-vous besoin d'un reçu. J'ai dit que je ne suis sur aucun type de réclamation et que je n'ai pas besoin de récipiendaires spéciaux. Maintenant, avec cela, je ne savais pas que mon massage de 100,00 $ + allait être fait par une esthéticienne qui fait les ongles et non par un professionnel. Le massage était horrible et je ne suis pas du genre à me plaindre. Si vous pouvez imaginer une barre de nettoyage de barman et faire un mouvement circulaire pour toujours, c'est ce qu'était le massage. La dame était sympathique mais c'était horrible et un gaspillage complet d'argent. Si j'étais l'hôtel Westin, je supprimerais ce spa indépendant tout de suite car c'est horrible qu'ils fassent partie d'un hôtel qui a un bon service client. Je suis extrêmement déçu du massage pathétique et du fait qu'ils ne vous disent pas que ce sont juste des esthéticiennes et non des massothérapeutes agréés. La dame a même dit qu'elle n'avait aucune formation formelle en massage. Une honte pour une entreprise et j'aurais dû lire ces critiques terribles avant d'y assister.
