Nous avons fait un voyage autoguidé de Vaison-la-Romaine aux Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer.

Grands vélos de route.

Les instructions écrites étaient bien faites. Les cartes Garmin qu'ils ont envoyées ne correspondaient pas aux instructions écrites et un jour étaient totalement incorrectes (ils ont envoyé les directions hybrides au lieu de la route)

Nous avons demandé un hébergement 3 *. Nous avons réservé en 2 *. À deux endroits. Amélioré à nos frais dans le deuxième emplacement.

Le voyagiste ne s'est jamais enregistré avec nous pendant le voyage pour voir comment les choses se passaient.

Il est probablement préférable de réserver vos propres hôtels, vélos et organiser vous-même le transfert des bagages.

Nous avons profité d'un voyage à vélo autoguidé en Provence, de Vaison la Romaine à Ste Marie du Mer. Dans l'ensemble, le voyage a été excellent.
Les vélos de route en carbone (Cannondale synapse) étaient super, bien ajustés et bien réglés. Nous avons eu une crevaison le dernier jour, pas mal pour 650 km combinés ! Nous avons choisi un hébergement de niveau simple - la qualité était variable certains parfaits, certains 2/5 médiocre. Lorsque j'ai commenté le mauvais endroit où j'ai été rencontré, vous auriez dû choisir un niveau supérieur. Réponse décevante.

Les livrets de direction écrits étaient excellents - les cartes Garmin ne concordaient pas du tout, et souvent induites en erreur - très frustrant pour celui qui s'était donné la peine d'acheter une nouvelle carte SD spécifique ...
Le voyage était bien conçu - les villages choisis étaient fabuleux, chacun unique et plein de caractère.
Très bon voyage dans l'ensemble. J'ai été surpris de n'avoir eu aucun contact de la part du personnel de WalkInn à l'arrivée ou pendant le voyage - aucun contrôle pour voir comment cela se passait et manque d'intérêt pour l'hébergement de moins bonne qualité.

Cependant, tout s'est très bien passé, les bagages sont toujours arrivés et à temps. Les vélos ont été livrés et récupérés à temps. Le personnel des BnB était excellent, sympathique et arrangeant.
