J'ai eu le pire moment avec cette entreprise. Ce qui aurait dû prendre deux semaines a pris 6 mois et je n ai même pas été approuvé à la fin. Voici ce qui s'est passé:
-ils ont appelé le mauvais numéro de téléphone à plusieurs reprises pendant plus d'un mois, puis ont été impolis avec moi et mon conseiller quand ils l'ont compris
- il leur a encore fallu environ 2 semaines après cela pour qu'ils mettent en place un appt avec moi, même si j'ai appelé à plusieurs reprises.
- ils ont demandé à mon mari de faire une demande médicale, même après avoir été approuvé.
- ils ont prétendu avoir envoyé les formulaires de demande à mon doc, mais ils n'étaient nulle part dans mes dossiers et ont dû être réquisitionnés plusieurs fois avant que nous en ayons une copie.
- ils ont harcelé mon cabinet médical pour obtenir des formulaires, même après que le cabinet médical les ait envoyés. Me faisant penser qu'ils les avaient perdus. Par harceler, je veux dire appeler plus de 3 fois par jour, même après que la réceptionniste leur a dit à plusieurs reprises qu'ils les avaient envoyés. Ils ont même appelé pendant que nous étions là-bas pour un appel séparé. Cependant, ils n'ont pas enregistré tous ces appels dans leurs dossiers. Ils ont dit qu'une partie de la raison pour laquelle je n'ai pas été approuvé est que mon médecin ne pouvait pas parler d'une situation survenue il y a dix ans. Comme il n'est mon médecin que depuis 3 ans et que cette situation n'affecte plus ma vie, je pense que c'est une raison invalide pour refuser l'assurance à quelqu'un. Bien que je ne le voudrais pas de la part de ces gars de toute façon à ce stade.
Mon rendez-vous pour les services paramédicaux d'assurance. Je les utilise depuis de nombreuses années.
