J'étais résidente de cet établissement après avoir été heurtée par un véhicule le 13 mai qui m'a laissé un tibia et un péroné cassés à la jambe droite. Après mon opération, j'ai ensuite été transféré à Waters Edge. Il y avait eu une thérapie physique. La grande majorité du personnel, du directeur à la cuisine, se souciait vraiment de moi et de mes besoins. Bravo Water's Edge!

Ma grand-mère y est maintenant (au deuxième étage) depuis environ deux semaines après avoir quitté un autre centre de rééducation. Cette installation est incroyable et extrêmement propre! Chaque membre du personnel, y compris les aides, les assistants, les interprètes, les infirmières et les médecins, est très dévoué et vraiment attentionné.

Maria aide à prendre soin de ma grand-mère chaque matin. Rubal est géniale - vous pouvez dire qu'elle est travailleuse, authentique et se soucie vraiment de chacun de ses patients. Les interprètes, Sonal & Alka, se sont engagés envers les patients du deuxième étage et ont joué un rôle crucial dans la guérison et le bien-être général de ma grand-mère. Aujourd'hui, la physiothérapeute de ma grand-mère était Stéphanie et elle était si diligente! J'ai enfin pu voir ma grand-mère marcher aujourd'hui après plusieurs semaines.

L'établissement se trouve dans un quartier bas de gamme, mais ne vous laissez pas décourager. En tant que femme seule, je me sentais en sécurité en garant ma voiture dans leur parking. Le personnel de la réception est très agréable et serviable. La propriété et l'installation sont bien entretenues. Propre et ne sent pas mal ou n'aime pas les médicaments. C'était sympa. Ma mère jusqu'à son dernier jour sur cette terre était très bien prise en charge là-bas. Les infirmières et le personnel ont été très gentils avec elle. Elle n'avait aucune douleur, l'aimait et la gardait confortable et propre. Plus que ce que j'aurais pu demander. J'étais très content de son environnement et je le recommanderais à cet établissement.

Ma mère est là depuis deux semaines. Le personnel et les infirmières sont allés au-delà de leur devoir. Mon respect pour les travailleurs de la santé et le personnel s'est énormément accru après avoir vu leur passion, leur dévouement et leur service. J'apprécie donc votre service.
