Ne se soucie pas vraiment de ses clients. Elle est même partie en vacances sans que personne ne le sache. Pendant ce temps, des courriels étaient envoyés et non des réponses.
Wells Fargo a un très bon bilan mais ce sont des individus comme celui-ci qui donnent une mauvaise réputation à une entreprise !!!
Mon expérience avec Michael Stein a été tout simplement incroyable. Il nous a guidés tout au long du processus de prêt. Il était au-delà utile et informatif. Il n'a jamais laissé aucune question sans réponse et il était extrêmement patient et compréhensif. Il a offert d'excellents conseils et nous a aidés à prendre des décisions éclairées. Nous sommes vraiment reconnaissants d'avoir un courtier hypothécaire aussi patient et informatif. Nous ne pourrions pas être plus heureux et je le référerai très certainement à mes amis et à ma famille. Merci M.
