Je possède et exploite une petite entreprise à South Pasadena depuis 20 ans. Le 20 mai 2020, au milieu de la pandémie de Covid-19, un membre de cette entreprise est venu expédier un colis à Marina Del Rey. C'était très grand et précieux. En raison de nos exigences en matière d'assurance, nous avons indiqué qu'il devait être expédié par avion le lendemain. Nous lui avons stressé à cause de la pandémie, les services aériens UPS du lendemain et du deuxième jour n'étaient plus garantis (garantie de remboursement). Il a dit qu'il comprenait mais qu'il n'avait pas le temps de le prendre lui-même et qu'il irait de l'avant et l'envoyait via UPS Next day air. En raison du volume extrêmement élevé, le colis a été retardé et a fini par être livré le 22 mai, un jour de retard. Un mois plus tard, je constate que les frais d'expédition ont été débités sur sa carte de crédit. Maintenant, je dois prendre le temps de contester cela. Je suis une entreprise indépendante (une franchise) et j'aurais espéré qu'ils auraient pu me parler d'abord, avant d'annuler la charge sur cette transaction.
J'exploite mon entreprise pendant cette crise, je fournis des services essentiels à mes clients et c'est très décourageant d'être traité comme ça.
