J'ai acheté 3 hémérocalles Wispy Rays, ce qui représentait un peu moins de 50 $. Je n'ai reçu aucune confirmation. Je n'ai reçu aucune date de livraison estimée. J'ai attendu quatre jours avant de leur envoyer un e-mail et de leur demander des informations de livraison. J'allais partir en vacances dans 2 semaines et je voulais être sûr de recevoir les hémérocalles avant mon départ ou après mon retour. Je n'ai reçu aucune réponse. J'ai attendu une semaine puis les ai appelés. J'ai laissé un message réitérant que je voulais une confirmation et la nécessité de les envoyer avant mon départ ou après mon retour de vacances. Je n'ai reçu aucune réponse. Une semaine plus tard, j'ai reçu un appel de robot que tous les hémérocalles qui avaient été commandés mais non reçus (nous devions être plusieurs en attente de plantes / confirmations / informations) nous seraient livrés le samedi suivant. Je n'ai reçu aucune autre information. Le samedi allait et venait - pas d'hémérocalles. Nous sommes partis en vacances le lendemain. Quatre jours plus tard, j'ai reçu un e-mail, non pas de la pépinière mais de PayPal, disant que mes plantes étaient livrées. J'ai contacté Windsong Nursery 3 fois et je n'ai reçu aucune réponse. La semaine où j'étais hors de la ville, c'était la semaine où ils livraient les plantes. J'ai arrêté le paiement sur ma carte de crédit lorsque les hémérocalles ne sont pas arrivées avant mon départ, mais j'ai abandonné le différend après avoir soigné les hémérocalles à notre retour. Et si tous les tracas ne suffisaient pas, les fans étaient minuscules.
Réduisez votre niveau de stress, soutenez les producteurs qui sont à l'écoute de leurs clients et achetez vos hémérocalles ailleurs. Windsong Nursery doit se ressaisir et gagner les affaires qu'elle obtient. À l'heure actuelle, ils ne sont pas proches de ce niveau. Je donnerais Windsong Nursery - 3 étoiles si je pouvais.
