Wine.com mérite zéro étoile car ils ont été négligents dans l'expédition de ma commande. Le 5/2/20, j'ai commandé un cadeau de fête des mères qui devait être livré le 5/8/20. Ils n'ont expédié l'article que le 5/7. S'ils avaient remarqué la date promise, ils l'auraient expédiée du jour au lendemain! Non ils ne l'ont pas fait! donc, juste utilisé le sol standard avec FedEx. Suivi FedEx montre la livraison le 5/11, un jour après la fête des mères! Quelle déception! J'ai parlé au service à la clientèle (Kathleen et Netta) et d'autres, tous ont fait des déclarations du bout des lèvres, ils n'ont rien fait. Pas bien! Désormais, je ne traiterai plus jamais de l'insouciant Wine.com! Totalwine.com est la voie à suivre! Livraison directe le jour même avec Totalwine! C'est nouveau! Ils se sont associés à DoorDash pour vraiment servir leurs clients. FedEx, le transporteur de Wine.com, est également une blague lorsqu'il s'agit de leur demander de localiser votre colis.

N'achetez pas de vin chez eux. Ils ont tellement de vins différents mais après avoir acheté une bouteille, vous apprenez qu'ils sont en rupture de stock et ils vous l'ont dit 1 semaine plus tard. La pire expérience client de tous les temps.

J'ai récemment commandé une caisse de vin et l'une des bouteilles était mauvaise. Lorsque je leur ai envoyé un e-mail à ce sujet, ils m'ont rapidement remboursé. Aucune question posée. Ils ont toujours été formidables à gérer.
