Aucune orientation n'a été donnée concernant leur WIC et la façon d'utiliser les services. Je pourrais continuer encore et encore. Vous ne faites pas votre travail.

Ils nous ont laissés face à l'expulsion et n'ont jamais été favorables. Lorsque je leur ai manqué un paiement, ils ont immédiatement envoyé mon nom au bureau de crédit, sans comprendre que je n avais pas d argent et que je ne pouvais pas effectuer ce paiement et j'ai détruit ma cote de crédit. Même si c'était il y a presque 13 ans, ma famille et moi n'oublierons jamais à quel point cette organisation traitait avec nous et j'ai enfin la chance d'écrire ce que je ressens profondément à leur égard. D'autres organisations ont été très généreuses envers leurs clients. Je ne sais pas comment elles sont maintenant, mais d'après mon expérience d'il y a 13 ans, si je pouvais leur donner un zéro, je le ferais. L'une des pires organisations de réfugiés, j'espère qu'elles sont désormais mieux gérées.
