Processus d'entrevue pathétique.

J'ai été interviewé pour un poste X et nous avons eu des discussions avec le CTC au départ parce que c'était une STARTUP. Par la suite, j'ai été assigné à une tâche, puis la ronde de gestion s'est bien déroulée. Le processus global a duré une semaine. Après avoir effacé toutes les rondes et la vérification des documents, aucune réponse des RH pendant une semaine. Après avoir suivi maintenant, les RH disent: «Notre budget est minimum, nous ne pouvons pas offrir le CTC attendu» qu'ils ont accepté d'offrir avant de commencer le processus d'entrevue. Veuillez vous assurer d'obtenir l'autorisation sur les CTC avant de commencer le processus d'entrevue avec ces gars.

Attitude très moche et arrogante de votre personnel de vente. Interrogée sur le modèle d'entreprise de manière très grossière, elle a expliqué. Même échoué à convaincre sur les raisons pour lesquelles les taux sont exponentiellement élevés. Très déçu de l'attitude générale du représentant des ventes.

Besoin d'améliorer cela, sinon vous perdrez plus de prospects dans les prochains jours .... Elle a manqué d'appeler d'un jour selon l'heure de rendez-vous prévue. En plus, elle veut que nous attendions 2 jours pour qu'une autre équipe se connecte. Désolé, il existe d'autres entreprises qui ont une force de vente très forte et bonne pour gérer les prospects avec une priorité élevée.

Le processus d'entrevue est mauvais et ils ne reviennent pas après l'entrevue.

Vraiment perte de temps à assister à l'entrevue .. Juste pour le nom, ils prennent l'entrevue .. Il n'y a pas d'heure de travail et d'autres personnes là-bas alors ils prennent l'entrevue .. !!
