On m'a dit qu'une directrice associée à mon YMCA local, nommée Sue, allait aborder le problème et elle a simplement indiqué qu'il était résolu, alors qu'en réalité rien n'a été résolu. A aucun moment, je n'ai été contacté pour présenter une analyse plus approfondie de la situation. Je ne m'associe plus du tout au YMCA, je vais annuler mon adhésion. Ne pas faire partie d'une organisation qui ne prendra pas ses clients au sérieux, ni ne prendra l'initiative de résoudre les problèmes ou plaintes déposés. Très peu professionnel.

Ma note de qualité n'est pas pertinente. Je suis juste ici pour dire que cette ymca n'est pas une salle de sport. Il est apparu lorsque j'ai basculé la salle de sport dans le moteur de recherche, alors j'ai appelé et demandé. Ce n'est pas une salle de sport.
