Ma tante est restée ici, les soins étaient bien inférieurs à la moyenne, en particulier en raison de la hostilité, du manque d'expertise et du manque d'empathie. La nourriture n'était pas surveillée alors qu'il s'agissait d'un point d'attention, la communication était très difficile, en cas de critique un employé devenait très mécontent, l'accent était uniquement sur la réapprendre à marcher, alors qu'il y avait plus de problèmes à résoudre. Plusieurs clients nous ont dit qu'ils avaient peur et même des personnes qui y étaient allées, seules des histoires négatives sont venues. De plus, si vous pouvez rester 16 semaines, je pense que ce n'est plus à cette époque que vous n'avez pas votre propre chambre, il n'y a qu'un grand salon / salle de séjour, vous n'avez pas vos propres toilettes, bloc cuisine, etc. Surtout si vous avez déjà été dans un autre site de réadaptation où les chambres étaient bien équipées, ce n'est pas possible. Tout le monde n'est pas apte à rester en groupe, cela n'est pas pris en compte.

En effet, au vu d'un examen précédent, la communication peut être bien meilleure et certains employés sont carrément de mauvaise humeur. Les gens semblent être assez stricts avec le kiné, ce qui me semble nécessaire, pour éviter le pire. Pour apprendre à marcher correctement avec une nouvelle hanche, il faut être strict avec soi-même, tout le monde ne le voit pas.
Parfois très sale, peu de personnel, le physio est difficile pour les clients, le restaurant est un bon contact est toujours possible. Mvg Miranda Detmar
