I have been a customer of Hawkes Bay Regional Council for several years and I must say that their services are average. While they do a decent job in terms of managing the region's resources, I feel that there is room for improvement. The staff is generally helpful, but sometimes, it can be difficult to get a timely response from them. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
