The service provided by Brown Castro Realty was average. Although they were prompt in responding to my queries, I found their agents to be somewhat inexperienced. The property that I ended up renting had a few issues that were not disclosed to me beforehand, which was quite disappointing. Overall, I would say their service needs improvement.
