I have been working at Ernst & Young Dakar for a few years now, and I must say the experience has been average. The work environment is fine, and the team members are generally helpful. However, there is a lack of clear communication and sometimes it feels like there is a lack of direction. The company has a great reputation in the industry, but I feel there is a lot of room for improvement.
