😊 My children had an amazing time at Adventure Day Camp! The counselors were fantastic and made sure all the kids felt included and had a great time. Nous avons été campeurs ADC pendant 8 ans. À l'été 2019, nous avons prépayé l'été 2020.
ADC est hébergé à l'école 7Hills. 7 Hills est une installation incroyable avec beaucoup de choses à faire pour les enfants.
En raison de Covid, 7 Hills n'a pas permis à ADC d'utiliser leur installation.
ADC a alors loué une petite église de mauvaise qualité pour l'utiliser comme installation du camp. Les installations n'étaient en aucun cas comparables. Et ADC voulait les mêmes frais de scolarité (très élevés).
Nous avons demandé un remboursement APRÈS que ADC ait changé unilatéralement l'emplacement et les conditions de notre accord. Cela a lancé une série de combats où ADC voulait garder notre argent.
Après de nombreuses disputes, nous avons finalement récupéré la plupart des frais de scolarité. ADC a gardé 184 $. Attention, notre fille n'a pas passé une seule seconde au camp en 2020.
Si nous étions allés devant un tribunal, nous aurions récupéré nos 184 $. Mais Kevin et ADC doivent subir le préjudice à la réputation de leur décision.
Attention à l'acheteur! J'emporterais mon argent ailleurs.
